The Lindes de Remelluri Labastida is a terroir-driven red wine from the renowned Rioja region that bears the signature of the cult Remelluri winery.The Granja de Nuestra Señora de Remelluri estate, located near Labastida, is one of the most beautiful wineries in Spain. Situated at the highest altitudes in Rioja Alavesa (up to 710 meters above sea level), the vines benefit from ideal climatic conditions and mineral-rich soils. The well-known oenologist Telmo Rodríguez, son of Remelluri founder Jaime Rodríguez, led the estate to international fame in the 1990s. The Menade Nossa Tempranillo is a unique, biodynamically produced red wine from Castilla y León, made by the prestigious Bodega Menade. This wine follows the philosophy of natural viticulture, without the addition of sulphur or artificial intervention - an authentic expression of the grape variety and the terroir. The grapes come from old vineyards in Castilla y León, where the vines grow on barren, chalky soils. Menade's winegrowers consistently focus on sustainable and organic cultivation in order to preserve the natural vitality of the soil.After manual harvesting, around 20% of the grapes are processed as whole bunches, while the rest are destemmed and gently pressed. Spontaneous fermentation takes place with wild yeasts in small stainless steel tanks. The wine then rests for several months, without fining or filtration, before being bottled unfiltered.The Nossa de Menade Natural Tempranillo has a deep ruby red color with violet reflections in the glass.
