The Menade Nossa Tempranillo is a unique, biodynamically produced red wine from Castilla y León, made by the prestigious Bodega Menade. This wine follows the philosophy of natural viticulture, without the addition of sulphur or artificial intervention - an authentic expression of the grape variety and the terroir. The grapes come from old vineyards in Castilla y León, where the vines grow on barren, chalky soils. Menade's winegrowers consistently focus on sustainable and organic cultivation in order to preserve the natural vitality of the soil.

After manual harvesting, around 20% of the grapes are processed as whole bunches, while the rest are destemmed and gently pressed. Spontaneous fermentation takes place with wild yeasts in small stainless steel tanks. The wine then rests for several months, without fining or filtration, before being bottled unfiltered.

The Nossa de Menade Natural Tempranillo has a deep ruby red color with violet reflections in the glass. The bouquet is intense and multi-layered, with aromas of ripe red berries, black cherries and plums, accompanied by subtle notes of violets, tobacco and a hint of Mediterranean herbs.

On the palate, this red wine is wonderfully lively with a perfect balance of juicy fruit, fine tannins and a fresh acidity that gives it elegance and structure. The finish is long, smooth and shows a fine minerality.

This Tempranillo is an excellent accompaniment to grilled lamb, spicy tapas or mature Manchego cheese. It is also an excellent choice with mushroom dishes or vegetarian stews. For optimum enjoyment, a serving temperature of 15 to 18 °C is recommended.

Der Menade Nosso Verdejo Sulfitarm ist ein authentischer und unverfälschter Weißwein aus der angesehenen Weinregion Castilla y León. Er wird von der angesehenen Bodega Menade produziert, die sich für nachhaltigen Weinbau und eine möglichst naturbelassene Vinifikation einsetzt. Dieser Verdejo ist ein wahres Spiegelbild seines Terroirs – rein, unverfälscht und frei von Schwefelzusatz. Die Verdejo-Trauben für diesen besonderen Wein stammen aus alten, biologisch bewirtschafteten Weinbergen in Castilla y León, die auf kalk- und kieshaltigen Böden gedeihen. Die Weinberge befinden sich auf über 700 Metern Höhe, was für kühle Nächte sorgt und die Frische der Trauben bewahrt.Die Lese erfolgt per Hand in den frühen Morgenstunden, um die Aromen bestmöglich zu erhalten. Der Most wird mit wilden Hefen spontan vergoren, wobei vollständig auf die Zugabe von Schwefel oder andere Zusätze verzichtet wird. Durch diese minimal-invasive Vinifikation bleibt der Wein besonders ausdrucksstark und zeigt die Charakteristik der Verdejo-Traube in ihrer reinsten Form.Im Glas leuchtet der Nosso de Menade in einem hellen Goldgelb mit grünlichen Reflexen. Château La Maroutine AOC 2018

Die alkoholische Gärung dieses zu 80% aus Merlot und zu 20% aus Cabernet Sauvignon bestehenden Rebsaftes dauert zwischen 8 bis 10 Tagen, mit zweimaligem Umpumpen am Tag. Dies unterstützt die optimale Extraktion der Aromen. Es folgt eine lange Mazeration von 25 bis 30 Tagen. Die malolaktische Gärung erfolgt in Tanks. Dort reift er weiter für etwa 18 Monate, bis er schließlich abgefüllt wird.Der Château La Maroutine 2018 überzeugt durch eine rubinrote Farbe. Die Nase zeigt charmante Kirschnoten und Kaffee- sowie Röstaromen. Am Gaumen vermittelt dieser Bordeaux eher einen weichen, vollen und runden Stil, wobei die Tannine zwar präsent, aber geschliffen und samtig sind. Der Merlot wirkt hier gut gereift und verführt mit schöner, dichter Frucht.Ein klassischer Bordeaux, der jetzt bis 2025 auf der Höhe der Trinkreife sein dürfte.Ein Genuß in geselliger Runde, aber auch sehr gut im food-pairing mit Gulasch, Braten oder zur Käseplatte.
