The Blason d'Aussières Corbières comes from the traditional Château d'Aussières wine estate, which is located in the heart of the renowned Corbières wine region in the Languedoc. This vineyard belongs to the Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) and combines first-class terroir with centuries of winemaking expertise. The result is an elegant and complex red wine that carries the essence of the Mediterranean climate.The cuvée is made from Syrah, Grenache Noir, Carignan and Mourvèdre - grape varieties known for their powerful fruit and spicy notes. The vineyards benefit from hot days and cool nights, allowing the grapes to ripen optimally while retaining their freshness. After careful manual harvesting, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in order to extract the intense fruit aromas in the best possible way. This rosé from Château d'Esclans is phenomenal. Fragrant notes of mango and nectarine on the nose. On the palate, spicy and minerally with impressive depth. The finish is exceptionally long. An unforgettable rosé of Côtes de Provence, created mainly of Grenache and a minor proportion Rolle (Vermentino).The grapes for the Château d'Esclans Garrus come from vines that are at least 80 years old. For this rosé the Saignée method was used (90% free run juice, 10% first slight pressing). Eight months matured the wine in oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage, the stirring of the lees. This classic Côtes du Rhône comes from one of the oldest vineyards in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation (AOC), which was founded in 1936. Château La Nerthe dates back to the 14th century and, with over 90 hectares, has one of the largest vineyards in the region.Tradition and great attention to detail are very important here. The grapes are harvested by hand and then sorted on the table. Fermentation takes place in vats for 18 to 21 days, with regular pumping over and plunging of the cap, and daily tasting of the must to check that exactly the right degree of extraction is achieved. After undergoing malolactic fermentation in oak barrels, Château La Nerthe Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2021 is matured in barrel for 12 months.The wine rewards this with a deep red color. This Côtes du Rhône Villages AOP is an extraordinary wine. The team of the La Nerthe winery, which has been based in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape region since the 14th century, maintains the Les Cassagnes vineyards located in Sérignan-du-Comtat, France. The grapes for this wine are selected exclusively from the best parcels of land. The soil consists of sand, clay and limestone, providing natural filtration and creating full-bodied, well-balanced wines.The grapes come from vines with an average age of more than 40 years. This cuvée consists mainly of Grenache Noir, Shiraz and a smaller percentage of Mourvèdre.The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo a further selection process upon arrival in the cellar. Subsequently, the grape varieties are fermented separately for a period of three weeks. The extraction is carried out very carefully in order to maintain the fruit aromas and to preserve a good tannin structure.
