This red wine from the Saint-Joseph appellation, the second largest wine-growing region in the north of the Rhône Valley, is a pure Syrah (Shiraz).The wonderfully multi-faceted bouquet combines intense fruity notes of raspberries, strawberries, blueberries and blackcurrants as well as black olives with nuances of oak, dark chocolate and cocoa beans. On the palate, the French red wine is dry, full-bodied and dense, with great balance and noticeable, well-integrated tannins. The finish has considerable length and also offers connoisseurs a great interplay of aromas with notes of blackberries and mulberries.Around 30 percent of this red wine from the Rhône region matured in oak barrels. Sanfte Tanninstruktur und frische Säure geben ein verspieltes Gefühl. Reine de Nuit (Queen of the Night) is not named after its winemaker Anita Kuhnel, who used to be a professional cyclist, but rather due to the fact that the grapes for this high-quality wine are only harvested at night when it is cool in order to preserve their crispness and freshness.This 100% Gamay from vines up to 100 years old offers a wonderful explosion of flavor with the typically fine, delicate and dancing structure that only a Beaujolais can produce.We are dealing here with aromas of dark wild berries, blackcurrant, lots of dark chocolate, herbs, liquorice, all very voluminous and with a subtle underlying minerality. The texture is impressively intense, with good acidity and stable tannins. The finish is extremely long and once again reflects the impressions from the palate.This elegant and complex Domaine Anita Moulin-à-Vent "Reine de Nuit" 2024 will have a few more years of life expectancy and will benefit from longer cellar ageing. Der Domaine de Bussy Beaujolais AOC wird aus der Gamay-Traube gewonnen, die auf den im Beaujolais vorherrschenden Granit- und Kalkböden optimale Bedingungen findet. Für die Gamay-Traube charakteristische Merkmale sind ein schlanker bis mittlerer Körper, ein ausgewogener Säuregehalt und ihre ausgeprägte Frucht mit einem Duft von Erdbeere, Himbeere und Kirsche sowie Gewürznoten wie Zimt und Pfeffer.Typisch für die Verarbeitung ist, dass ganze Trauben mit Stiel und möglichst unverletzt im Tank eingelagert werden. Aus diesem Grund ist die Handlese erforderlich. Um die Trauben vor Oxidation zu schützen, werden diese unter CO2 Schutzgas gestellt. Der während der intrazellulären Gärung, auch bekannt als Macération carbonique, entstandene Druck lässt die Trauben platzen und der Saft kann abfließen. Diese einzigartige Keltermethode wird auch Vinification beaujolaise genannt. In der Nase zeigt der Domaine de Bussy Beaujolais AOC ein blumiges und sehr fruchtiges Bouquet. Sein Geschmack ist würzig mit eleganten Tanninen und er begeistert mit einem weichen Abgang.Die empfohlene Trinktemperatur liegt bei 12-14°. Dieser Beaujolais passt wunderbar zu gebratenen oder gegrillten Fisch.
