The Ramón Bilbao Reserva is an elegant Rioja that perfectly combines tradition and personality. The traditional Ramón Bilbao winery, known for its more than 90 years of experience in winemaking in Rioja Alta, combines Tempranillo with ageing in American oak to create a wine full of depth, complexity and harmony.This Reserva has an intense bouquet of red fruits, harmoniously complemented by fine oak notes. It is fresh on the palate, with balanced acidity, a round body and soft tannins. A long, elegant finish rounds off the taste experience.The grapes come from vines over 40 years old from selected vineyards in Rioja Alta. After a 4-day pre-fermentation and a total of 18 days of maceration, malolactic fermentation takes place in concrete tanks, followed by 20 months of ageing in American oak barrels.
