The Hall Ranch Blend comes from Paso Robles, California and is composed of 73% Grenache, 23% Mourvèdre, 2% Petite Sirah and 2% Syrah. The Hall Ranch winery produces modern, precise and terroir-driven wines; the grapes come from selected sites in Hall's own vineyards, where the warm, sunny climate is balanced by cooling maritime influences. These conditions ensure even ripeness and a high aromatic concentration.

The Hall Ranch Blend is elegant and very velvety on the palate. The nose reveals intense aromas of dark berries such as blackberries and ripe black cherries, accompanied by notes of cassis, vanilla, cocoa and fine roasted aromas from the ageing in wood. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with juicy fruit, well-integrated tannins and a balanced acidity that gives it freshness and structure. Spicy notes, a hint of cedar wood and a long finish round off the taste.

This wine has depth, balance and ageing potential. It is accessible and very harmonious, but at the same time has enough structure to develop over several years. Pair it with BBQ dishes, leg of lamb, steaks and grilled meats.
