Pagos del Moncayo Prados Fusion Garnacha Syrah DO 2022

Die ausschließlich vom Weingut angebauten Rebsorten Garnacha und Syrah finden auch in diesem Wein Verwendung. Das besondere ist unter anderem, dass die Trauben ausschließlich mit nackten Füßen gestampft werden. Maschinen kommen also bei der Pressung der Trauben nicht zum Einsatz. Nur etwa 50% der Trauben aus dem Weinberg gelangen in den Wein, eine extreme Selektion also, die nur von Hand vorgenommen wird.Das ergibt einen tiefdunklen, fast schwarzen Farbton im Glas. In der Nase beherrschen Noten von reifen Beeren, Lakritz, Rosmarin, Thymian und Lavendel den Duft. Am Gaumen prägt volle Frucht und Saftigkeit den charakteristischen Prados Fusion. Ein aufgeschlossener und offener Wein mit runden Tanninen und einem seidigen Abgang, der zum Weitertrinken einlädt.Servieren Sie den Pagos del Moncayo Prados Fusion zu gegrilltem Fleisch oder Wurstwaren. The Paserene Elements Dark is a powerful yet elegant Syrah that combines the wild beauty of Tulbagh with the sophistication of Franschhoek. Dark berry fruit, spicy herbal notes and a hint of dark chocolate characterize this multi-layered red wine, which delights Syrah lovers with its depth and structure.The wine comes from the portfolio of the top South African wine estate Paserene, which stands for terroir-driven, handcrafted wines. The grapes for Elements Dark come from two contrasting regions: the hot, dry Tulbagh and the cooler Franschhoek Valley. The combination gives the wine complexity, fruitiness and a fine herbal spiciness.The Syrah is processed gently and vinified with minimal intervention. After fermentation, the wine matures for 16 months in steamed, used oak barrels, elegantly integrating the fruity and earthy components without overpowering the wine. The result is a balanced, multi-layered red wine with silky tannins and lively freshness.The Paserene Dark is a deep purple red in the glass. The nose reveals aromas of blackberries, cassis and plums, accompanied by pink pepper, lavender and thyme. The Paserene Rosie from the Paserene winery comes from the famous Western Cape, one of the best wine regions in South Africa. This lively rosé combines a balanced cuvée of Mourvèdre, Syrah and Malbec and delights with fresh aromas of red fruits such as strawberries, pomegranate and watermelon, rounded off with fine citrus notes and a subtle sweetness of cotton candy.During production, the grapes are gently pressed to obtain a delicate salmon pink color. The Paserene Union is a pure Syrah from the South African region of Tulbagh, which is one of the country's most impressive red wines with its intense structure, deep aromas and remarkable elegance. This wine comes from low-yielding vines that thrive on decomposed slate soils. The combination of dry soil, hot days and cool nights produces exceptionally concentrated fruit and gives the Syrah its powerful, complex personality.The grapes are carefully harvested by hand and fermented in open concrete tanks for around four weeks. This traditional method allows a gentle extraction of color and aroma and expresses the full depth of the terroir. The wine then matures for sixteen months in used French oak barrels, giving the fruit enough space to fully develop. A further year of bottle ageing before release ensures perfect integration of the aromas. The wine is bottled unfiltered to preserve its authentic structure and natural strength.In the glass, Paserene Union has an almost inky black hue. The bouquet is intense and multi-faceted, characterized by ripe dark fruits such as blueberries and mulberries, accompanied by smoky and earthy notes reminiscent of charcoal, bacon and a hint of tar. Subtle hints of cedar wood, tobacco and fine spices testify to the subtle influence of wood. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and powerful, with dense, fine-meshed tannins and a wonderfully balanced acidity. The concentrated fruit is complemented by a striking mineral component that provides additional depth and warmth. The long, multi-layered finish makes it clear that this Syrah has enormous ageing potential.In culinary terms, Paserene Union harmonizes particularly well with strong meat dishes such as grilled lamb, braised beef or game with a spicy herb crust. Der Paul Mas Grenache Noir Syrah IGP ist ein wunderbarer Landwein aus dem Languedoc. In diesem bekannten Weinbaugebiet werden mehr als ein Drittel der französischen Trauben produziert. Die Rebflächen liegen meistens in Küstennähe, wo das Klima im Sommer trocken und heiß ist.Dieser französische Rotwein wird aus Grenache Noir und Syrah Trauben hergestellt. Nach Entrappung der Früchte findet die Gärung bei 26°C statt. Das Traubengemisch wird dabei häufig umgepumpt. Anschließend wird der Wein zu 25% in amerikanischer Eiche und teilweise in französischer Eiche ausgebaut. 75% reifen in Edelstahltanks. Später werden die Rebsäfte miteinander vermengt.Die Cuvée ist komplex mit Aromen von Kirsche, Veilchen und Gewürzen mit einem Hauch von Lakritz.

Paul Mas Vignes de Nicole Rosé 2024

The Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah grape varieties characterize this Paul Mas Vignes de Nicole Rosé. The grapes grow on the hills of the Herault Valley on clayey, chalky soils and are vinified individually for this cuvée, with the fermentation process lasting two weeks at 17 degrees Celsius. The wine from Domaines Paul Mas then matured on the lees for 40 days. New coated cement tanks were used. The fruit concentration was maintained by regular pumping over.The Paul Mas Vignes de Nicole Rosé is characterized by a very clear, light pink color. The nose has aromas of red berries, cherries and tropical fruits. On the palate, this French wine is wonderfully fresh, slightly acidic, powerful but round and with a good length on the finish.This dry rosé wine is simply perfect with seafood, shellfish or pork.

Der Pèppoli Chianti Classico duftet herrlich fruchtbetont nach Kirschen, Johannisbeeren und Erdbeeren. Dazu kommen wunderbar harmonische Noten von Blüten. Vor allem Veilchen und Lavendel sind hier prägend. Würzige Nuancen (Lakritz) und feine Röstaromen vom Ausbau im Holz runden das Bouquet ab.Am Gaumen ist der Pèppoli trocken und angenehm weich, mit einer animierenden Frische und Fruchtigkeit. Ein kleinerer Teil reifte in Barriques und in Edelstahlbehältern.
