The Mucho Más Black Edition is a premium cuvée made from Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Syrah, blending grapes from various Spanish wine regions. The goal of this blend is to combine the unique characteristics of terroir, climate, and winemaking tradition into a harmonious whole. The result is a full-bodied red wine with a distinctive style and an expressive personality.

For the Black Edition, grapes from old vines are carefully hand-harvested. Fermentation takes place for 10 to 14 days at controlled temperatures of 26 to 28 °C in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for three to four months in American oak barrels until malolactic fermentation is complete, giving it additional depth and a harmonious structure.

On the nose, the wine is aromatic and elegant, with complex notes of black berries, accompanied by licorice and balsamic hints. On the palate, it is fruit-forward, velvety, full-bodied, and round. Subtle notes of cocoa lend it additional depth and lead to an elegant, long-lasting finish.

The Mucho Más Black Edition pairs excellently with lamb dishes, aged cheeses, and blue cheeses. Thanks to its balanced structure and full-bodied character, it is also a special treat on its own.

Felix Solis SL ist ein familiengeführtes Unternehmen und hat sich auf die Herstellung von Qualitätsweinen spezialisiert. Das Unternehmen besitzt zwei Weingüter im Zentrum von Spanien: Valdepenas und La Mancha.

Das Weingut in Valdepenas wurde 1975 mit einigen der besten und modernsten Produktions- und Abfülltechnologie der Welt eröffnet. Das Familienunternehmen ist in Sachen Traubenannahme eines der größten seiner Art mit einer täglichen Erntekapazität von 7,5 Millionen Kilo und einer Winzeranlage für 175 Millionen Kilo Trauben. Für die Zwecke der traditionellen Weinherstellung hat das Weingut eine große Höhle belegt, die für die Herstellung von Crianzas, Reservas und Gran Reservas hervorragende Bedingungen bietet. Hier werden die Weine in amerikanischen Eichenfässern gelagert.

Das Felix Solis Weingut in La Puebla de Almoradiel liegt in La Mancha und besitzt eine große Tradition im Weinbau und der Weinherstellung. Die modernen Einrichtungen sind perfekt für die Herstellung von jungen Weinen aus sowohl einheimischen als auch internationalen Rebsorten geeignet.

Eine 20-25 tägige Gärung der drei einzelnen Rebsorten erfolgt in Edelstahltanks. Anschließend verbleibt der Wein 2-3 weitere Monate auf der Feinhefe, wodurch er an Komplexität und Cremigkeit gewinnt. Nur der Chardonnay reift 3 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern. Ein genussvoller Wein ist das Resultat. Im Geschmack voller tropischer Fruchtaromen und frischen Zitrusnoten. Ein reichhaltiger und vollmundiger Weißwein.Felix Solis schreibt zu diesem Wein:"Der Kingpin regiert sein Reich mit fester Autorität. Matured in oak barrels, it develops subtle wood tones and a harmonious structure that complements its fruity and spicy notes well.It has a purple-red color in the glass.
