Cantina Tramin Gewürztraminer is produced in one of the most traditional cooperatives in South Tyrol from grapes grown in the region. The calcareous and fertile soils in the municipalities of Montan and Tramin support the excellent ripening of these grapes.With its exceptionally strong aroma, the full-bodied Cantina Tramin Gewürztraminer pampers the nose and palate of the connoisseur. This Gewürztraminer is a straw to golden yellow white wine with a strong aroma of fragrant rose petals, cloves and cinnamon. This full-bodied wine from South Tyrol is ideally served at a drinking temperature of 10-12 °C.It is an excellent accompaniment to various starters with fish and pâtés, Asian cuisine and hard cheeses. Dieser trockene Gewürztraminer aus Südtirol leuchtet goldgelb im Glas. Das Bouquet bietet Duftnoten, die an Rosen, Lilien, würzige Blüten und getrocknete und reife, exotische Früchte wie Mango und Passionsfrucht erinnern. Am Gaumen hat der Cantina Tramin Gewürztraminer Selida DOC von dem Weingut einen reichen Körper mit schöner Frucht, feiner Säure und einer feinwürzigen Saftigkeit. Die Trauben werden nach der Lese in kleineren Behältern angeliefert und nach einer kurzen Maischestandzeit schonend gepresst. Anschließend erfolgt die alkoholische Gärung bei kontrollierter Temperatur von 18°C in kleinen Edelstahltanks.Der wundervolle italienische Weißwein passt hervorragend zu Antipasti vom Fisch und Geräuchertem, zu würzigen Gerichten der orientalischen Küche, weißem Fleisch, Schwertfisch oder Meeresfrüchten und reifem Weichkäse.

The spicy white wine comes from one of the most important cellar cooperatives in South Tyrol, to which 300 winegrowers belong.The Gewürztraminer grapes grow on the steep slopes of the Tramins region, kissed by the sun and pampered by the mild south wind of Lake Garda. The Roen Gewürztraminer Spätlese from the renowned Cantina Tramin in South Tyrol is an exceptional interpretation of the Pinot Noir vineyard Roen - embodied in the Gewürztraminer variety. In the heart of the wine-growing region, the grapes thrive on calcareous gravel with clay in the subsoil of porphyritic rock at an altitude of 300-500 meters above sea level with a yield of just 25 hl/ha - ideal conditions for aromatic concentration.The grapes are hand-picked at the end of November to the beginning of December and are carefully macerated and then matured in small barriques. The Spätlese has a golden yellow color in the glass and seduces with a nuanced bouquet of rose petals, lily blossoms and ylang-ylang as well as yellow exotic fruits such as mango, passion fruit and lychee. This is accompanied by spicy undertones such as ginger, saffron, cinnamon, nutmeg and dried herbs. On the palate, the elegant sweet wine aroma impresses with harmoniously integrated residual sweetness, lively freshness and a long-lasting, delicately spicy finish.The Spätlese is ideal with desserts, dried fruit, mature cheese or blue cheese - a wine full of finesse, aromas and terroir.

The Marzadro Grappa Trentina Morbida is a wonderfully soft blend consisting of the Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer grape varieties. The grappa was produced in discontinuous coppers using the meticulous Bagnomaria distillation method. After distillation, it matured for several months in barrels in which the Stravecchia Le Diciotto Lune grappa was previously aged. The distillate is rounded off by the breathing of the wood and the contact with oxygen, resulting in an aromatic and velvety grappa that has an intense and long-lasting taste.

The white wine impresses with its strong aroma.All the charm of South Tyrol can be found in a glass of Peter Zemmer Gewürztraminer. This white wine has been cultivated in the region since the 11th century. It has an intense straw to golden yellow color in the glass. Its aroma is characterized by spicy notes, accompanied by sweet, muscatel-like nuances of dried flowers, cloves and rose petals. Gewürztraminer pampers the palate with a full-bodied, spicy, rich, lively and fresh taste and harmoniously balanced acidity. The favorable location of the vineyards, the direct sunlight and the good aeration of the grapes provide the best conditions for this Traminer from the traditional Peter Zemmer winery.Serve the wine slightly chilled at a drinking temperature of 12 to 14 °C.
