Diemersfontein Rosé is a charming wine from the picturesque Wellington region of South Africa. The Diemersfontein Rosé shimmers pale peach-colored in the glass and the nose is beguiled by soft tones such as strawberry, raspberry and cotton candy. It is a blend of Mourvèdre, Cinsault and Grenache Noir. On the palate, this rosé presents itself with crisp acidity and a silky texture, which is supported by soft berry flavors and a subtle minerality. The Diemersfontein Rosé offers a refreshing, harmoniously dry finish.The Diemersfontein rosé is an excellent accompaniment to sushi, but also try it with camembert with blueberry jelly or a homemade paella. With its delicate onion skin pink and beguiling aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries and rose petals, Eikendal Rosé is a prime example of finely balanced, South African rosé enjoyment. The harmonious cuvée of Grenache, Mourvèdre and Cinsaut comes from specially selected plots in the Stellenbosch growing region - with ideal conditions for fresh, expressive rosés.Floral and fruity notes on the nose, the wine has a full-bodied structure, animating freshness and subtly integrated acidity on the palate. The long, juicy finish whets the appetite for the next sip.The vines grow on weathered granite soil close to the sea and benefit from the cooling breeze of False Bay. The grapes were harvested by hand early in the morning, some were gently pressed, but the majority were gently processed using the whole bunch pressing method - for maximum freshness and elegant fruit. The Eikendal rosé was deliberately bottled very early to preserve its aromatic liveliness.Enjoy this dry rosé at 12-14 °C - perfect with goat's cheese tart, smoked salmon or fruity desserts such as a berry parfait.Ideal for mild summer evenings, uncomplicated moments of pleasure or as a stylish aperitif.

Oude Kaap Rosé 2025

Due to the increased demand for rosé wines, the decision was made to produce Oude Kaap Rosé. The dry wine from South Africa is made from Pinotage grapes.The wine has a light pink color due to the very brief contact of the juice with the skin of the berries. The rosé is a dry, but not off-dry wine. The fruit, especially strawberry and raspberry, remains in the soft finish.A wonderfully fresh and soft wine that is a great terrace wine in summer. In winter, we recommend the Oude Kaap Rosé as a base wine for making rosé mulled wine.
