The Haute Cabrière Pinot Noir Rosé from South Africa's Western Cape is a tribute to the versatility of the Pinot Noir grape - the grape variety that is at the heart of the von Arnim family's wine philosophy. For generations, the traditional Haute Cabrière wine estate has dedicated itself to the art of creating elegant wines full of character from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

This rosé is a particularly fine interpretation of Pinot Noir. Delicate aromas of fresh strawberries and fragrant rose petals unfold on the nose. On the palate, it impresses with an elegant, dry style, a generous mouthfeel and a soft, harmonious finish.

The long, juicy finish whets the appetite for the next sip.The vines grow on weathered granite soil close to the sea and benefit from the cooling breeze of False Bay. The grapes were harvested by hand early in the morning, some were gently pressed, but the majority were gently processed using the whole bunch pressing method - for maximum freshness and elegant fruit.
