Paserene Rosie Rosé 2024

The Paserene Rosie from the Paserene winery comes from the famous Western Cape, one of the best wine regions in South Africa. This lively rosé combines a balanced cuvée of Mourvèdre, Syrah and Malbec and delights with fresh aromas of red fruits such as strawberries, pomegranate and watermelon, rounded off with fine citrus notes and a subtle sweetness of cotton candy.During production, the grapes are gently pressed to obtain a delicate salmon pink color. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks preserves the freshness and purity of the aromas. The wine then matures for a year and spends a further four months in the bottle, which gives it additional depth and elegance.On the palate, Paserene Rosie has a silky texture, lively acidity and a long, fruity finish. Perfect as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to burrata with tomatoes, fine charcuterie, mild Brie or fresh berry salads.

Raka Rosé Dry 2024

The Raka Rosé brings a breath of fresh air to every glass - with its juicy fruit, fine structure and dry finish. Made from an elegant cuvée of Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, this South African rosé combines lightness with character. It comes from the Klein River Ward in the renowned Walker Bay region of the Western Cape - a coastal location known for cool nights and intense aromas in the grapes.In the glass, the Raka Rosé shines in an appetizing melon pink with a subtle orange shimmer - a play of colours that immediately makes you want to take the first sip. Lively notes of strawberry and cherry unfold on the nose, delicately accompanied by a hint of candy floss. On the palate, the wine is dry, animatingly fresh and slightly tangy, with a fruity finish and well-integrated acidity.The cuvée consists of selected lots of Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc - each pressed at only 6-15% to extract the delicate rosé aromas while maintaining the balance between freshness and structure. The style is modern, dry and fruity, yet clear and uncomplicated with South African charm.All grapes were carefully harvested by hand and gently pressed immediately after sorting. The maceration time was around 4 hours in order to achieve the desired color intensity and aroma. The juice was fermented with pure yeasts at a controlled temperature of around 16 °C to preserve the freshness and fruit. Before bottling, the wine clarified naturally by gravity and was then gently filtered.Served well chilled, this rosé is ideal with light dishes: whether seafood, summer pasta, antipasti or cold platters with ham and cheese - it is versatile and also cuts an excellent figure on its own as an aperitif or sundowner.

Geburtstages der ältesten Tochter Jessica-Lee.Der Jess Rosé ist eine Cuvee, dominiert von der Rebsorte Pinotage, die wunderschöne Erdbeer- und Himbeeraromen zeigt. Dazu kommen florale Noten, sowie Noten von Wassermelone. Der Wein ist körperreich und voller Aromen. Herausragend ist vor allem der knackige Stil und der fruchtige Gaumen. Ein wunderbarer Rosé aus Südafrika, den die Macherinnen und Macher von Waterford Estate aus den Rebsorten Shiraz (Syrah), Mourvèdre, Malbec, Cinsaut, Tempranillo und Sangiovese assembliert haben. Der im traditionellen „Blanc De Noir”-Stil hergestellte Waterford Estate Rose-Mary leuchtet rosafarben im Glas.Das Bouquet des Roséweins ist anregend komplex. Er duftet belebend frisch nach Noten von Aprikosen und Kirschen, die wunderbar harmonieren mit floralen Noten von weißen Blumen und Zitronenblüten. Hinzu kommen unterschwellige Nuancen von Oregano. Am Gaumen ist der südafrikanische Blanc De Noir trocken und eindrucksvoll fruchtig-aromatisch. Aromen von Orangen, Aprikosen und Nektarinen im harmonischen Zusammenspiel.
