Markus Molitor

Steffen ST Riesling Steillage trocken
This Riesling from the Rhineland-Palatinate offers notes of yellow fruit and lovely hints of lemon. It is wonderfully mineral and well-balanced. The Steffen Brothers winery has a tradition going back to the 18th century. Located near Trier, the estate is much involved in steep-slope viticulture. The cultivation of extremely steep vineyards is hard, but results in exceptionally sumptuous and fruity wines due to intense and direct sunlight. Try this dry, fruity and intensively aromatic Steffen ST Riesling Steillage trocken (dry) with pasta dishes with white sauces. You’ll enjoy discovering a stimulating and lovely fresh wine from the Moselle.
