Jabalí Tempranillo Cabernet DO - a fruity cuvée from Spain with an intense aroma of blackberries, plums and chocolate, peppered with spicy notes and an expressive style. This Jabali Tempranillo Cabernet DO is intense, juicy and soft with a clear, elegant cherry note.

This dry red wine from the Cariñena region goes very well with tapas, chorizo, meat skewers or cheese.

Die Weinberge von Bodegas Paniza befinden sich am Fuße des Iberischen Gebirges, auch Kastilisches Scheidegebirge genannt, nordöstlich von Madrid. Die genossenschaftlich verwalteten Bodegas Paniza Weinberge umfassen eine Fläche von 2500 Hektar. Die Anbauflächen liegen am Fuß des iberischen Gebirges und umfassen auch die höchsten Weinberge in der Umgebung bis zu einer Höhe von 850 Metern. Der Höhe bedingt gibt es nicht ganz so heiße Temperaturen im Sommer. Verbunden mit dem eher trockenen Kontinentalklima trägt dies zur Produktion von Weinen bei, die von großer Konzentration in der Farbe und Aroma gekennzeichnet sind. Neben der für die Region typischen Rebsorte Garnacha werden auch sehr erfolgreich Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah und Tempranillo Reben angebaut.

This Spanish blend is redolent of ripe, dark berries and nuances of coffee and chocolate, complemented by a lovely minerality and subtle toasted and caramel aromas. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with nicely integrated tannins and a long finish offering toasted notes. The Enate Crianza DO matured for 9 months in oak casks and for a further 18 months in the bottle.
