The Creation Estate Art of Chardonnay is an exceptional white wine from South Africa. The bouquet of the lemon-yellow Chardonnay combines notes of fresh limes, ripe quinces, caramel and almonds. Mutambe writes of animating fruit (pear, quince and stone fruit), underpinned by minerality.

The impressively multi-faceted taste experience continues on the palate: Notes of vanilla, peach, juicy pear and a hint of white pepper gradually reveal themselves. Although the wine has been aged in wood for ten months, the wood is perfectly integrated. Velvety, balanced and complex, the Creation Estate Art of Chardonnay leaves little to be desired: pure art in a glass.

The Chardonnay from the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley matured for ten months in oak barrels, with 30 percent new oak barrels being used for this flagship wine from Creation Wines. The white wine has an ageing potential of up to 15 years.

Enjoy the Creation Estate Art of Chardonnay at a drinking temperature of 10 to 12 degrees. It goes well with fish dishes such as turbot fried in butter or cod with beurre blanc. Also a perfect choice with creamy pasta dishes with chicken.

Cloudy Bay Chardonnay

Fresh, intensely fragrant and simply delicious: the Cloudy Bay Chardonnay from New Zealand's Marlborough wine-growing region, which is highly regarded around the world, is a white wine that leaves an impression. Meerlust Chardonnay

Im Glas ein heller, lebendiger Platin-Farbton mit grüner Tönung. Komplexes Bouquet von Zitronengras, Limetten, Hafermehl, ausdrucksstarker Mineralität.Am Gaumen ist der südafrikanische Wein von mittlerem Körper, aber mit klarer Säure, Aromen von Kalk, Marzipan, cremige ausgedehnte Eichen-, Apfel- und Birnbaum-Merkmale. Durch eine reine, lineare mineralische Note ergibt sich ein sauberer und langer Abgang.Von Hand gepflückt, als gesamte Partie gepresst und sofort in 300 Liter Fässer aus französischer Eiche gefüllt. Dabei wurden 60% neue Fässer und 40% Fässer, die schon bereits einmal befüllt waren, verwendet. Die Gärung fand in Eiche statt, teils als natürliche und teils als malolaktische Gärung. Die Reifung erfolgte für 12 Monate in Eichenfässern mit gelegentlichem Rühren vor dem Abfüllen in Flaschen.Dieser Weißwein aus der Region Stellenbosch passt perfekt zu gegrilltem Fisch, weißem und rotem Fleisch.
