The 12 e Mezzo Rosato from Varvaglione comes from the heart of Apulia and is made from 100% Negroamaro grapes. This elegant rosé impresses with its freshness, fine fruit and Mediterranean lightness.After a short cold maceration, the grapes are fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Ageing on the fine lees gives the wine additional volume and expression. It is a delicate salmon pink in the glass. Notes of strawberries, raspberries, peaches and flowers on the nose.
