The Gorgo Pinot Grigio DOC delle Venezie comes from the Italian winery Gorgo, which specializes in the cultivation of certified organic grapes. The name of the Bricolo family of winegrowers stands for a wine that is genuine and authentic, unique and inimitable and at the same time the most beautiful expression of terroir and climate.

The Pinot Grigio grapes are selectively harvested by hand and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

The Gorgo Pinot Grigio DOC delle Venezie has a delicate straw-yellow color with crystal-clear pearl reflections. The nose is fruity, with pleasant notes of citrus fruit, pear and green apple. The taste is soft, dry, fresh, tangy and harmonious.

This white wine is particularly enjoyable at a drinking temperature of 10°. This Pinot Grigio is wonderful as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to seafood salads and risottos, mussels and shellfish. Also perfect with vegetarian dishes in combination with fresh cheese.

Cantina Andrian Pinot Grigio DOC

The grapes for the Pinot Grigio from the Cantina Andrian estate grow in vineyards located in the mountains of South Tyrol. The soils consist of limestone and clay, interspersed with white dolomite rock and Andrian porphyry. After harvest, the white wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Subsequently, the wine matured for six months with yeast. The fruity bouquet recalls aromas of ripe honeydew melon, along with delicate floral notes. Der Gorgo Bardolino DOC ist ein Bio Rotwein, der aus den traditionellen, regionalen Rebsorten Corvina, Rondinella und Molinara auf dem italienischen Weingut Gorgo hergestellt wird. Jung gefällt er mit Fruchtigkeit, doch mit den Jahren legt er an Komplexität zu und bringt auch würzige Noten ins Spiel. Er ist der geselligste, frischeste aller Rotweine aus dem Gebiet von Verona und schmeckt solo ebenso wie zu den Mahlzeiten, bei denen er eine großartige Figur macht.Der Gorgo Bardolino DOC leuchtet rubinrot. In der Nase zeigt er sich fruchtbetont mit Noten von Kirsche, Heidelbeere und Johannisbeere. Vor allem durch den Ausbau kommen Anklänge an Gewürz hinzu. Im Geschmack ist er weich, mit feiner und dauerhafter Tanninstruktur, körperreich und süffig.Ein besonderer Genuß ist dieser Rotwein bei einer Trinktemperatur von 15-18°. Der Bardolino eignet sich wunderbar als Begleiter zu Suppen, Pasta mit Fleischsauce, gegrilltem Fleisch und jungem Käse.

After standing on the skins for a few hours, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Further ageing takes place for 4 months on the fine lees.This Italian white wine is light straw-colored in the glass. The nose exudes an intense aroma of flowers and white-fleshed fruit. The Gorgo San Michelin Custoza DOC from Lake Garda has developed from an insider tip to a star. The Gorgo family winery has set the fine accents here. The balance between tradition and innovation, a great deal of manual work and largely organic farming methods are the outstanding characteristics of Gorgo. This popular Italian white wine is authentic and very typical of the region.The Custoza is a cuvée made from 3 different traditional grape varieties from Lake Garda. Trebbiano, which provides the structure and strong body, Cortese, which brings freshness and harmony, and Garganega, which provides the lush fruit and subtle floral aromas. Together they form a lively, fresh and full-bodied wine.The ripe grapes are harvested late by hand. This is followed by 20-25 hours of maceration on the skins. The grape juice is then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The Custoza is then aged for a further 6 months on the fine lees and 3 months in the bottle after bottling.In the glass, the Gorgo San Michelin Custoza DOC is an intense straw yellow with brilliant reflections. Aromas of green apples, pears and flowers, underlined by mineral and slightly grassy notes, play around the nose. Our star is compact on the palate, with well-integrated acidity. Its finish is long and fruity.This wonderful wine goes particularly well with risotto, poultry and fish dishes. Its aromas develop optimally at a drinking temperature of 10°C.
