The 3 Passo is a special kind of organic wine. The name stands for the production method. Put simply, the wine is composed of three parts. One third of the wine comes from overripe grapes, which are processed using the appassimento method. Another third is fermented naturally, whereby the so-called pumping over gives the red wine more color and flavor. The final third spends time in wooden barrels after fermentation, which gives the 3 Passo from Cielo e Terra its special character and brings aromas of vanilla and spices into the wine.

It has a deep garnet red color in the glass and ripe, intense fruit notes on the nose. A light woody aroma complements this impression. On the palate, the Italian wine tastes strong and rich with fruit and light vanilla tones. The 3 Passo is soft, harmonious and full-bodied with a complex, long-lasting finish.
