Borgo Molino Motivo Cuvée Oro Prestige Spumante Brut

Borgo Molino’s Motivo Cuvée Oro Prestige Spumante Brut is made from Glera and Riesling. The grapes come from the Veneto and Friuli-Venezia Giulia regions, where the vineyards grow at elevations ranging from 30 to 150 meters above sea level on hilly sandstone soils with loamy, partly gravelly subsoil. After destemming, the grapes are gently pressed under a controlled atmosphere to prevent oxidation and unwanted bacterial contamination. The spumante then ages in the bottle for another two to three weeks. On the nose, it reveals an intense, elegant, and persistent bouquet with fruity citrus notes and hints of tropical fruits.
