Paul Mas Vignes de Nicole Chardonnay - Viognier

The Paul Mas Vignes de Nicole is an elegant white wine from the sunny Languedoc region in the south of France, a harmonious cuvée of Chardonnay and Viognier. It combines the fresh finesse of Chardonnay with the aromatic intensity of Viognier, resulting in a balanced, lively wine.

This white wine from Domaines Paul Mas smells of pears, tropical fruits, peaches and citrus fruits. The wonderfully versatile bouquet also offers a hint of vanilla and toasted bread. On the palate, this French blend of predominantly Chardonnay and a large proportion of Viognier is fresh and mild, with aromas of peach and honey. A fruity and long finish makes this dry white wine from France particularly enjoyable to drink on beautiful summer days on the terrace.

This Vin De Pays d'Oc comes from 16 and 18-year-old vines. The Chardonnay portion matured for more than four months in new oak barrels, while Viognier was deliberately not aged in wood. Enjoy the multi-faceted, fruity-fresh Paul Mas Vignes de Nicole Chardonnay Viognier with pasta, poultry and asparagus.

Domaines Paul Mas
