This white wine of Domaines Paul Mas smells of pear, tropical fruit, peach and citrus. This wonderfully versatile bouquet also offers a hint of vanilla and toasted bread. On the palate, this assemblage of predominantly Chardonnay and a large proportion of Viognier fresh and mild, with a long, fruity finish.

Paul Mas Vignes de Nicole Rosé

Die Rebsorten Grenache, Mourvèdre und Syrah prägen diesen Vignes de Nicole Rosé. Die Trauben wachsen auf den Hügeln des Herault Tals auf lehmigen, kreidehaltigen Böden und werden für diese Cuvee einzeln vinifiziert, wobei der Gärungsprozess zwei Wochen bei 17 Grad Celsius andauerte. Danach reifte der Wein der Domaines Paul Mas 40 Tage auf der Hefe. Zum Einsatz kamen neue beschichtete Zementtanks.Der Vignes de Nicole Rosé zeichnet sich durch eine sehr klare leicht rosa Farbe aus. In der Nase finden sich Aromen von roten Beeren, Kirschen und tropischen Früchten. Am Gaumen ist der französiche Wein herrlich frisch, leicht säurebetont, kräftig aber rund und mit einer guten Länge im Abgang.Zu Meeresfrüchten, Schalentieren oder zu Schweinefleisch ist der Rosé-Wein einfach perfekt.
