Farnese Fantini 22 Edizione Cinque Autoctoni Limited Release

Fünf autochtone Rebsorten wurden für diesen wunderbaren Rotwein aus dem Süden Italiens verwendet. Der Farnese Fantini 20 Edizione Cinque Autoctoni Limited Release enthält Trauben die am Rebstock getrocknet wurden und etwa einen Monat später geerntet. Nach der Gärung erfolgt die Reifung in neuen Barrique Fässern für die Dauer von 18 Monaten.

Der Wein hat eine tiefe rubinrote Farbe mit wunderschönen violetten Reflexen. Die Nase ist geprägt von roten Fruchtnoten wie Brombeere, Kirsche und Pflaume. Im Hintergrund schwingen würzige Noten wie Zimt und Nelke mit. Ein Hauch von Lakritz ergänzt das Ganze. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Farnese Fantini 20 Edizione Cinque Autoctoni Limited Release extrem ausgewogen und mit viel Frische, dazu feine Vanille- und Schokoladenaromen. Der vollmundige, weiche Körper mit reichhaltigen, samtigen Tanninen endet in einem langen nachhaltigen Abgang.

Der Farnese Fantini 20 Edizione Cinque Autoctoni Limited Release eignet sich hervorragend als Essensbegleiter. Probieren Sie ihn zu Fleisch an einer Senf- oder Pfeffersauce. Auch zu gereiftem Käse eine sehr gute Empfehlung.

Vielfach ausgezeichnet hat der Wein großes Potential und macht auch in späteren Jahren noch viel Freude.
