Palatinate winemaker Jürgen Andres uses only quality wine and high-grade spices for his Winterpulle white. Only Müller-Thurgau grapes from his own vineyards, orange peel, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, bitter orange peel and sugar are used in the white mulled wine. The result is a fantastic hot drink that tastes especially good when it's freezing cold outside. A warm treat based on the original family recipe that caresses the senses and smells of mandarins and lemons!This white mulled wine is vegan (vegan friendly) and gluten-free. Please heat slowly and do not boil! Low yields, consistent hand-picking and intensive care of the vines create the basis for a wine of the highest precision. The grapes and must are processed particularly gently in order to preserve the pure fruit aromas and minerality of the terroir. A large proportion of the wine is fermented in traditional small wooden barrels, which gives it additional depth, structure and a subtle hint of fullness without compromising its freshness.In the glass, the Wittmann Westhofener Riesling shows clear yellow fruit combined with a fine, smoky minerality.
