The Wittmann Pinot Gris is a representative wine of the Wittmann winery and embodies the philosophy of the house: elegance, precision and a clear origin. The grapes come from the estate's own vineyards, which are cultivated biodynamically and tended by hand. Intensive vineyard care, low yields and careful selection create the basis for a wine of high quality and fine structure.

During processing, the winery relies on gentle grape and must handling as well as traditional vinification, in which most of the wines ferment in wooden barrels. This allows the Pinot Gris to develop its typical nuances and elegant character.

In the glass, this Wittmann Pinot Gris reveals fine, nutty fruit, ripe pears and a harmonious, creamy texture. Its balanced structure makes it an excellent accompaniment to food, not only in the first year but also in the following years.
