The Wittmann Riesling dry stands for the clear signature of the Wittmann winery in Westhofen. The grapes come from the estate's own vineyards, which are cultivated according to biodynamic principles and tended with the utmost care. Low yields, selective hand-picking and careful processing form the basis for its exceptional quality.

Vinification is carried out traditionally: after gentle pressing, most of the must is fermented in wooden barrels. This gives the wine its elegant structure without sacrificing freshness.

In the glass, the Riesling has a brilliant, light color. The nose reveals delicate herbal notes, a fine salty minerality and juicy citrus and stone fruit aromas. On the palate, it is puristic, light-footed and precise - carried by the typical yellow Riesling fruit, which lends it liveliness and finesse.
