The Gut Hermannsberg Riesling Steinterrassen unites a fine herbal spice and notes of stone fruit in its bouquet. This Riesling from the Nahe region is wonderfully creamy on the palate and shows an impressive, salty finish. The grapes for this lovely wine come from the steepest terraces of three major vineyards.

The wine matured mainly in 600-litre oak casks and was fermented with proprietary yeast. This white wine from the Rhineland-Palatinate is dense and concentrated, yet richly sophisticated with a pronounced minerality. This wine is an excellent accompaniment to barbecue.

Try this recommendation: Place rib-eye steaks on the grill, briefly grill each for three minutes at 400°C/750°F until it is crisp on the outside. Cut the steaks into slices, then season them with fleur de sel and pepper. Grilled vegetables make an ideal side dish.

Cantina Tramin Nussbaumer Gewürztraminer
The Nussbaumer estate is located in Sella, a small village above Tramin. Vineyards here are planted between 350 - 550 meters on the slopes below the Roen mountains, an ideal position to benefit from fresh, drying wind that blows from Lake Garda during the entiregrowing season. The soil is made up of clay and gravel, with a limestone layer from 20 - 100 cm and porphyry subsoil. The grapes were harvested in small bins, then gently crushed and left to macerate with their juice for a brief period to capture the characteristic aromatics of Gewürztraminer. After pressing, the must is left to ferment at a controlled temperature (18-20°C) in stainless steel tanks.Nussbaumer has a long history of over 700 years of winegrowing, and it is one of the oldest estates in Tramin. Our selection of Gewürztraminer from this estate embodies all the characteristics of this variety: an intense, bright straw-yellow color, and notes of fragrant rose petals, cinnamon, ripe tropical fruits and carnations. The engaging aromas offer hints of spice that lift the lush palate.Food Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, the wine is perfect with seafood, particularly Asian cuisine. On its own, Nussbaumer is a wine of meditation, to accompany and unforgettable moment with good company.

Gut Hermannsberg Weißer Burgunder
This stimulating white burgundy from the Hermannsberg estate has a nose redolent of white blossoms and delicate citrus notes. Initially, the white wine from the Nahe region has an elegant sweetness and is creamy and fresh on the palate. Thanks to its volcanic minerality as well, it offers a lovely taste experience. The grapes for this wine come mainly from the Winzenheimer Berg vineyard. However, the proportion of grapes coming from the legendary Kupfergrube vineyard gives this wine its typical character.According to the winery, thousands of working hours were necessary at the beginning of the last century to turn the former copper mine and the surrounding rugged cliffs and rocky terrain into a vineyard. The south-facing terraces of the fascinating Kupfergrube vineyard produce intensively aromatic grapes from their stony soil. The dry Gut Hermannsberg white burgundy is made of grapes harvested primarily from steep slopes. It is a wonderful white wine from the Rhineland-Palatinate.
