The By.OTT is produced from grapes from the Côtes de Provence in the immediate vicinity of the Mediterranean coast - in a region that is considered the benchmark for high-quality rosé wine worldwide.Predominantly Grenache and smaller proportions of Cinsault and Syrah (Shiraz) produce this elegant, pleasant rosé wine, which is pale pink with orange undertones.The nose has a wonderfully fresh, animating fruit bouquet. This rosé from Château d'Esclans is phenomenal. Fragrant notes of mango and nectarine on the nose. On the palate, spicy and minerally with impressive depth. The finish is exceptionally long. An unforgettable rosé of Côtes de Provence, created mainly of Grenache and a minor proportion Rolle (Vermentino).The grapes for the Château d'Esclans Garrus come from vines that are at least 80 years old. For this rosé the Saignée method was used (90% free run juice, 10% first slight pressing). Eight months matured the wine in oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage, the stirring of the lees.
