Domaines Ott Clos Mireille Blanc de Blancs

Pale yellow in colour with flecks of grey-gold. Enigmatic nose blending a range of aromas, with hints of exotic fruit and peach, light and zingy citrus fruit, and floral top notes of lime-blossom and hawthorn. In the mouth, this full and aromatic wine displays perfect balance, with initial fresh notes of grapefruit and lemongrass that develop a roundness and creaminess of white fruit in the palate. Lingering finish is reminiscent of the Clos Mireille terroir, with iodine notes and a soft, liquorice sweetness.

Domaines Ott

Metzger Prachtstück Blanc de Noir Rose QbA trocken
The Prachtstück Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) Rosé is a dry and wonderfully fruity wine from the Metzger estate. The wine was aged in steel tanks and is redolent of tropical fruit such as melon, amongst others. The bouquet is complemented by sweet notes of cherries and apples. The Metzger Prachtstück Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) is rather light and juicy on the palate, offering lots of fruit. The wine shows a fine acidity, making it lively and extremely accessible. We recommend enjoying the Metzger Prachtstück Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) with friends at a temperature of 46.4°-50° F. This rosé is lovely on its own as an aperitif and also goes beautifully with light salads.
