Château d'Esclans Côtes de Provence AOP Rosé

Château d'Esclan's rosé comes from the heart of Provence and is one of the region's style-defining rosé wines.

Fantastic rosés - this description certainly applies to the rosé wines from the Château d'Esclan vineyard. Few wineries have been able to earn this reputation, but here it applies to all the qualities of the estate. With Château d'Esclan's Côtes de Provence Rosé, wine lovers get a special Provence wine in their glass in the best sense of the word.

Made from the Grenache and Vermentino grape varieties, also known as Rolle in Provence, this rosé combines freshness and complexity in a unique form. Full-bodied and creamy on the palate. A wide variety of aromas and excellent balance create a rich, elegant mouthfeel. A hint of oak and beautiful mineral notes accompany the finish.

This dry wine from France is refined and absolutely delicate in every respect. Always a very good choice as an aperitif or with light dishes.

Domaine l'Abbaye Clos Beylesse Rosé AOP
This rosé immediately catches the eye due to its blue bottle. Once you’ve opened the bottle, you will realize right away that this assemblage consisting of Shiraz, Grenache and Cinsault is not only visually striking. The bouquet is fascinating as it unites extraordinarily multi-faceted notes of citrus fruit, bilberries, raspberries and cherries, along with aromas of peach, melon, strawberries and violets. On the palate, the Domaine l'Abbaye Clos Beylesse Rose AOP is deeply aromatic and very sophisticated, showing a wonderful balance. The special blue bottle protects the rosé from the harmful influences of UV rays, thus preserving the wine’s freshness longer. In addition, the colour is meant to reflect the vineyard’s proximity to the sea. This rosé is produced with the utmost care. The juice is obtained by a traditional procedure in which the grapes are naturally pressed by their own weight (rosé saignée). You’ll enjoy discovering this French rosé that is outstanding in many respects. The Domaine l'Abbaye Clos Beylesse Rose AOP is delicious as an aperitif. It also goes beautifully with grilled fish and salads.

93 Punkte James Suckling

Domaines Ott Rosé Château de Selle Rosé Coeur de Grain
Domaines Ott Rosé Château de Selle Rosé Coeur de Grain is an elegant rosé. It has a light, peachy-pink color with golden reflections. The bouquet combines fruity notes of apricot and cherry with floral notes of acacia and broom. On the palate, the dry rosé wine has a subtle balance between lively, clear citrus notes and soft, round notes of fresh fruit and mimosa. The finish is pure and dense with lingering aromas of sweet spices.Domaines Ott's growing regions in Provence bring outstanding characteristics to the table: the astringency of Château de Selle, the exoticism of Clos Mireille and the elegance of Château Romassan. The French winery itself writes: "Exceptional conditions that give our wines their soul."The bottles in which you receive the Domaines Ott wines are also extraordinary. The shape is reminiscent of antique amphorae. Created in the 1930s, they have lost none of their modernity and at the same time remind us of the rich tradition of winegrowing in Provence.
