Schales Portugieser QbA lieblich 1 Liter 2021

Das Weingut Schales versucht mit der Rebsorte Blauer Portugieser auch alte und nicht mehr so beliebte Rebsorten zu erhalten. Die Anbaufläche ging in Deutschland in den letzten 30 Jahren um fast die Hälfte zurück. Andere internationale Rebsorten traten in den Vordergrund. Der Portugieser hat bei sorgfältigem Anbau aber die Gabe frische und feine Weine hervorzubringen. Lieblich ausgebaut, wie in diesem Falle, ist der Schales Portugieser sehr zart und mild mit wenig Alkohol für einen Rotwein. Geprägt ist der Wein von einem reifen Fruchtaroma mit wenig Tannin und dabei sehr rund und schmackhaft. Ein Wein der zu fast jeder Gelegenheit passt.

Eine samtige Struktur und ein leichter Holzeinsatz machen den Wein zu einem geschmacklichen Highlight für alle die, die mildere Weine bevorzugen. Die beerig-süße Nase zeigt ausgeprägte Aromen von Heidelbeere und Johannisbeere. Am Gaumen wunderbar voll und sanft.Der Rotwein aus Rheinhessen passt leicht gekühlt zu Pizza und Pasta oder auch zu dunklen Fleischgerichten.

The Tavignano Cervidoni Rosso Piceno DOC is a red wine from the Marche region in Italy and carries the DOC classification (Denominazione di Origine Controllata). It is a tribute to the soils on which the grapes for this unique young wine grow.The Corvina grapes for the Tenuta Sant Antonio Scaia Corvina Rossa are gently pressed after harvest and subsequently fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The result is a ruby-red wine offering flowery notes of roses and violets and fruity aromas of wild berries, cherries, plums, blackberries, red and black currants and raspberries in its bouquet. The red wine is intense and full-bodied on the palate, showing a good structure and length.The Scaia Corvina Rossa goes beautifully with pasta and risotto dishes, red meat, polenta with herring and ripe cheeses.

The Terlan Lagrein DOC impresses with its velvety taste. Lagrein is a leading grape variety in South Tyrol and is currently being rediscovered by wine lovers.The Terlan Lagrein DOC is velvety, elegant and full-bodied. Its dark garnet red color shimmers mysteriously in the glass, the bouquet flatters the sense of smell with clear fruity aromas of cranberry and sour cherry. This is accompanied by fine nuances of lilac and laurel, flint notes and a hint of chocolate. The Lagrein is full-bodied and harmonious on the palate, with a fine texture and delicate tannins.The Lagrein from the Terlan winegrowers' cooperative was allowed to mature in large wooden barrels for seven to ten months.Serve this dry red wine from Italy at a comfortable drinking temperature of 14 to 16 °C. With its strong aromas, it goes well with hearty, traditional dishes such as braised leg of venison or lamb shank or beef roulades with mashed potatoes. The Lagrein is also excellent with mature Parmesan cheese.

The Bull Malbec 2021

The Bull is a Malbec from Argentina that is as superb as it gets.
