The Bull Malbec

The Bull is a Malbec from Argentina that is as superb as it gets. It is an ideal accompaniment to well-cooked steaks, but you’ll definitely want more than one glass when enjoying this wine on its own.

It is a brilliant deep purple - almost black - in the glass. The spicy, fruity aroma is already noticeable on the nose, along with notes of plums, violets, pepper and tobacco. On the palate, The Bull is full-bodied and wonderfully vibrant, but not overpowering. The fine tannins leave the wine round and balanced. This Argentinian red tastes of dark chocolate, bilberries and juniper berries, along with hints of bay leaf. Its finish is soft and long-lasting.

Enjoy The Bull with hearty meat dishes or barbeque. It is also a perfect accompaniment to strong cheeses.

One final tip: Try this red wine with fine milk chocolate with subtle notes of caramel.

Finca Las Moras Los Intocables Black Malbec
The Finca las Moras Los Intocables Black is exceptional in every respect. The name alone suggests that something new and innovative is in store for wine lovers. The name is based on the FBI agents from the 1930s who fought against Al Capone's alcohol trade, known as the "Incorruptibles". In any case, the 12-month maturation of the wine in used oak barrels in which famous American bourbon whiskeys were previously stored is unusual. The result is an incredibly round, delicate wine. The grapes, 100% Malbec, come from specially selected vineyards with mainly sandy soils interspersed with clay. A low grape yield and maturation in whiskey barrels give Los Intocables Black Malbec a very dark, almost black color. The wine has a full body and provides multi-layered impressions on the palate. There are notes of blueberry and plum as well as aromas of chocolate, caramel and vanilla. The wine leaves a soft, intense taste experience with a subtle sweetness.A wonderful accompaniment to anything roasted or soft cheese.

Pr1mo Numero Uno Primitivo Salento
Pr1mo Numero Uno Primitivo Salento - Intense pleasure from ApuliaThe Primitivo grape variety has enjoyed unbroken popularity for years. The variety of Primitivo wines is now almost unmanageable. It is therefore all the more important to preserve the original character of this grape. The Pr1mo Numero Uno Primitivo Salento does this very well. Deliberately with a little less residual sweetness and very structured on the palate, this dry wine from Italy is full-bodied but at the same time has a smoothness that is second to none. In a long process with the cellar master and owner Gaetano Marangelli from Cantine Menhir, we have brought the typical Apulian native form of a Primitivo into the bottle. The color is an intense dark red and shows all the power of the sun that was able to flow into the grapes of the Pr1mo. The nose has wonderful aromas of cherry jam, ripe plums and wild berries. Maturing in wooden barrels gives the wine an additional hint of vanilla. Fruit and fullness dominate the palate. The Pr1mo Numero Uno Primitivo Salento is always velvety and balanced. Enjoy the original Puglia. The Pr1mo Numero Uno Primitivo Salento is an all-rounder that can be enjoyed solo or with a good meal. Serve this wine with roast pork or dark meat from the grill. This red wine is also an excellent accompaniment to strong cheeses. Our chocolate tip: Try an exquisite milk chocolate with notes of salted caramel with this dry red wine.

Jean Bousquet Malbec
The Jean Bousquet Malbec combines the power and fruitiness of Argentina with the finesse of French winemaking. The Bousquet family, originally from France, has settled in the high altitudes of Mendoza to produce wines of exceptional quality and authenticity. This Malbec impresses with its deep aromas, soft tannins and harmonious character. The grapes come from organically cultivated vineyards in the Uco Valley, one of Argentina's most renowned wine-growing regions. The continental climate with warm days and cool nights ensures optimum ripeness and intense aromas. Part of the wine is then matured for several months in French oak barrels, which gives it additional depth and elegant spice. In the glass, the Jean Bousquet Malbec is a deep, dark ruby red with violet reflections. The nose is dominated by intense aromas of dark fruits such as black cherry, plum and blackberry, complemented by subtle notes of violet, vanilla and a hint of cocoa. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied with silky tannins, well-balanced acidity and a long, elegant finish. This Malbec is the perfect accompaniment to hearty dishes. It also unfolds its full sophistication with mature hard cheese or dark chocolate with a high cocoa content.Enjoy this Argentinian Malbec at a drinking temperature of 16-18 °C for the optimum taste experience.
