Lagrein DOC in matured 7-10 month in large wooden barrels. The 100% Lagrein from the winery Cantina Terlan has a dark garnet color. On the nose, intensely fruity. Notes of dried cranberries and sour cherry are complemented by a floral scent of lilac. Nuances of chocolate complete the complex bouquet. On the palate, juicy and harmonious, with a fine texture and delicate tannins.

This full-bodied wine from South Tyrol is ideal to braised lamb shank, beef roulades with mashed potatoes or braised venison. Also with hard cheeses, like a ripened Parmesan, a delight.

The Cantina Tramin Lagrein Rosso unites notes of violets and blackberries in its bouquet. On the palate, the red wine from South Tyrol is full-bodied and velvety, with slightly dry nuances. This wine made from Lagrein, the South Tyrolean autochthonous grape variety, is a ruby to dark garnet in colour.Red wines of this vintage are elegant and harmonious. A wet summer with only a few hours of sunshine required a late harvest. This late harvest is made possible for the winery by the vineyards located in alpine regions and the cooperative system which allows the Cantina Tramin estate to procure the very best grapes from various vineyards.The result of the meticulous harvest is a high-quality Lagrein that goes beautifully with game dishes, dark meat and hard cheeses.

Terlaner Classico DOC

The Terlaner is a blend of Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. It is the historical Cuvée produced since the founding of the winery (1893!). The wine sparkles straw yellow with green hues. On the nose it offers notes of green apple and white peach. They are typical of the classic Terlan. Add to that, even subtle nuances of lemon and mint.On the palate, the white wine is invogorating but very soft. He also impresses with its freshness, minerality and great length.The grapes for the wine were picked and selected by hand. Stations of the winemaking-process: slow fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel; storage and ripening for 5-7 months on the lees in stainless steel tanks; finally, the assemblage a month before bottling.At about halfway between the cities of Merano and Bolzano is the wine-village of Terlan. The history of the South Tyrolean Cantina Terlano dates back to 1893. Over this long period Cantina Terlan has built an excellent reputation. The Wine Advocate stated in October 2014: "Cantina Terlano is one of the most prolific wineries in Italy and among the oldest in the region. It offers an outstanding line of wines that embrace multiple styles and philosophies. Terlan Winkl Sauvignon DOC

This 100 percent Sauvignon Blanc is bright yellow with a green shimmer. On the nose, this creation from South Tyrol offers fruity aromas of apricot, tangerine and passion fruit. There are also hints of elderflower, nettle and mint, which complement the multi-faceted bouquet. On the palate, fruity and with a fine acidity. The Winkl Sauvignon DOC is wonderfully balanced and also offers a good structure and minerality. The wine was aged for 5-7 months in stainless steel tanks.
