The Bulgarini Metodo Classico 40 Mesi Lugana DOC Brut is an exceptional sparkling wine from the renowned Lugana region on southern Lake Garda. With 40 months of bottle fermentation on the lees, this fine brut is one of the most elaborate and highest quality Lugana sparkling wines. It comes from the Azienda Agricola Bulgarini, which stands for fine, characterful wines with a regional identity.In the glass, this sparkling wine shines in a brilliant straw yellow with a fine, rising perlage. The nose is multi-layered with aromas of delicate white flowers and orange blossom with notes of apricot and peach. Fresh and spicy on the palate with a silky alcohol note and typical varietal notes of almond and hay. Pleasant suppleness with a lively perlage. Medium to long finish with a fruity aftertaste and a slight bitter note on the finish, reminiscent of the characteristics of the original grape variety.This sparkling wine is made from the indigenous Turbiana grape (also known as Trebbiano di Lugana). After a first fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the classic method. The red wine, which matured for 12 months in oak casks, is harmonious and soft on the palate, with noticeable but wonderfully integrated tannins. The Cà dei Frati Amarone della Valpolicella Pietro dal Cero is an exceptional, high-quality taste experience from the Valpolicella region. The ruby-red wine shows an intense bouquet of sweet sour cherries and chocolate along with a lovely spice, floral nuances and balsamic notes, complemented by subtle hints of sweet tobacco and coffee. On the palate, this Amarone is sumptuously fruity, powerful, elegant and harmonious, showing a remarkable balance of fruitiness, alcohol content and body. The tannins are nicely integrated.This blend from the Cà dei Frati estate, consisting of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Croatina, was aged for 24 months in wooden casks and for 12 months in stainless steel tanks, before it matured for a further 24 months in the bottle. Cà dei Frati Brolettino Lugana is made 100% from the Turbiana grape variety, which is also known under the synonym Verdicchio Bianco. It is a grape variety that is harvested late, usually in mid to late October. This gives the white wine produced from it a high ageing potential and a very good structure. The long ripening period of the grapes brings a wonderful complexity to the wine.The nose of the Cà dei Frati Brolettino reveals a whole range of wonderful aromas, including ripe fruit, peach, rose and balsamic notes. The aforementioned structure is accompanied by an expressive spiciness with a clear but fine acidity. The finish is clear and clean. The Italian wine matured for 10 months in barrique barrels.Cà dei Frati Brolettino is a dry white wine and an ideal accompaniment to pasta with a creamy sauce, poultry or white meat. Ca' Rugate Campo Bastiglia Valpolicella Ripasso DOC 2023

In der für den Ripasso typischen Weinbereitung wird der Trester des Amarone zusammen mit dem Valpolicella Rotwein nochmals vergoren. Die anschließende Reifung erfolgt zu 50% in Tonneaux (große Eichenfässer) und zu 50% in Edelstahltanks über einen Zeitraum von etwa 8 Monaten.Die Farbe des Weins ist granatrot. Die Aromen sind fruchtig mit Noten von Kirschen und roten Früchten mit blumigen und würzigen Nuancen. Der Geschmack im Mund ist voll und samtig dank der weichen Tannine. Der Ca' Rugate Campo Bastiglia Valpolicella Ripasso DOC ist ideal als Aperitif und ebenfalls geeignet als Essensbegleiter zu roten Fleischsorten und mittelaltem Käse.
