Im Vordergrund steht die Stachelbeere mit ihrem fein-säuerlichen Aroma, das durch Geschmacksnoten von Johannisbeere und Grapefruit, aber auch einem würzigen Hauch von Paprika unterstrichen wird. Dieser frische Wein besteht zu 100 Prozent aus der Sauvignon-Blanc Traube, einer international renommierten Rebsorte, die erst seit Beginn des neuen Jahrtausends in Deutschland zugelassen ist.Er stammt aus dem traditionsreichen Weingut Karl Pfaffmann und wird in geschützten Lagen angebaut. Dieser Grauburgunder wurde zu 100 Prozent aus Burgunder-Trauben vom Silberberg in einer der besten deutschen Weinlagen gekeltert.
