Dieser Weißwein ist ein perfektes edelsüßes Erlebnis aus der Region Rheinhessen. Das Bouquet vom Steffen Beerenauslese ST 15 erinnert an Pfirsich und Mango und an die typische Honignote. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der pfälzische Wein aus der Rebsorte Huxelrebe sehr elegant und komplex, aber dennoch sehr leichtfüßig.

Der Weißwein passt perfekt zum Dessert oder als Aperitif, und zu allen besonderen Anlässen. Probieren Sie diesen besonderen Wein, der einr Trinktemperatur von 10-12 °C haben sollte, z.B. zu Apfelkuchen, Erdbeeren oder einer Crème Brûlée.

1794 gründeten die Geschwister Steffen-Schmitt eine Weinkellerei in Trittenheim, einem Moselort in einem der berühmtesten Weinbauregionen Europas. In diesem Gebiet an der Mittelmosel sind heute besonders herausragende Steillagen-Rieslinge zu finden.

A small percentage of it was aged in new French barriques. Mit dem aus 100% Merlot hergestellten Tschida Spätlese Merlot beweist Hans, dass auch Rebsorten die eher selten für Süßweine verwendet werden, Wunderbares hervorbringen können.Im Glas zeigt sich der Tschida Spätlese Merlot in einem hellen, glänzenden Ziegelrot mit himbeerfarbenen Elementen und hellen orangen Reflexen.
