Der Riesling QbA trocken "M.P." von Karl Pfaffmann aus der Pfalz ist ein feinfruchtiger und mineralischer Weißwein. Das Weingut setzt auf nachhaltige Pflege der Böden und diese Sorgfalt spiegelt sich in den Weinen. Frische Äpfel, Ananas und ein Hauch Zitrone sind die charakteristischen Noten dieses Rieslings. Dazu gesellen sich die sortentypische Mineralität und eine feine Kräuternote.Der Wein ist lebendig und hat doch einen kräftigen Körper. Es findet sich eine dezente Süße und ein starkes Rückgrat. Töne von Mineralien und Kernobst hallen noch im Abgang nach. Der "M.P." hat ein sehr ausgewogenes Verhältnis aus Restzucker und Säure.

Das Weingut Pfaffmann liegt in der Pfalz, in dem kleinen Winzerdörfchen Walsheim. 520 Einwohner und 220 Hektar Rebfläche, rund um das Dorf, sprechen für sich. Der Generationen-Weinbaubetrieb Pfaffmann ist eines der hochdekorierten Aushängeschilder für Pfälzer Weine.
