It tastes intensely of dark cherries and plums, showing hints of cassis. Well-balanced tannins predominate in the finish, with a lovely fruity sweetness. Beim Schwenken zeigt er eine hohe Viskosität und bildet am Rand des Glases einen leichten Purpurschimmer.In der Nase entfaltet der Wein ein komplexes und intensives Bouquet, das von reifen dunklen Beeren wie Schwarzen Johannisbeeren, Brombeeren und Kirschen dominiert wird.
