Traditionell und nach strengsten DOCG Regeln wurde der wunderbare Rotwein hergestellt. Die Mazeration fand für etwa 25 Tage auf der Schale statt. 3 Jahre lang vollzog sich die Reifung in slowenischen Eichenfässern mit einem maximalen Fassungsvermögen von 60 hl. Nach der Flaschenabfüllung musste der Wein weitere 6 Monate reifen.Die Farbe des Casisano Brunello Di Montalcino DOCG ist tiefrubinrot mit granatroten Reflexen. In der Nase zeigt sich die elegante und frische Komplexität der fruchtigen und würzigen Noten, die typisch für den Sangiovese Grosso sind. Den Gaumen verwöhnt der Rotwein mit reichen Früchten und samtigen Tanninen. Der Abgang ist erstaunlich lang.Der Wein gilt als perfekter Begleiter zu Wildgerichten, gegrilltem roten Fleisch oder reifem Käse bei einer Trinktemperatur von 18°C.

Casisano Colombaiolo Brunello Di Montalcino Riserva DOCG 2017

Elegance, structure and harmony come together in Colombaiolo. This outstanding Brunello Riserva comes from a single plot of land in one of the highest quality locations south-east of Montalcino. A first-class Italian red wine. Casisano comprises 22 hectares of Sangiovese Grosso vineyards. There are currently 10 plots, each with its own character, which is determined by the composition of the soil and the altitude between 400 and 480 meters.Fermentation took place in 70 hl wooden barrels at a controlled temperature of 28/30°. During fermentation, which lasted 20-25 days, the mash was pumped over daily. This was followed by 4 years of maturation in 18 and 25 liter Slovenian oak barrels. After the Casisano Colombaiolo Brunello Di Montalcino Riserva DOCG was bottled, it matured for a further 6 months.The red wine is an intense ruby red in the glass. Its aromas are complex and fine. The long ageing process combines sweet spices and notes of fruit. On the palate, the Casisano Colombaiolo Brunello Di Montalcino Riserva DOCG is austere with ripe and velvety tannins. Structure and elegance are in balance, the finish is fresh and harmonious.This red wine is particularly enjoyable at a drinking temperature of 18°C and is a wonderful accompaniment to red meat, braised dishes, game birds, mushrooms or truffles.

Trotz seiner eingeschränkten Entwicklung können die Qualitäten des Casisano Rosso Di Montalcino DOC genossen werden. Die Farbe des Weins ist intensiv rubinrot mit einer schönen Transparenz. Das komplexe Bouquet erinnert an Veilchen, Pflaumen und kleinen roten Früchten, kombiniert mit zarten Noten von Gewürzen. Der Geschmack ist trocken, mit einer angenehmen Balance zwischen Tanninen und Säure. Castellare di Castellina I Sodi di San Niccolo is an impressive Italian red wine from Tuscany, produced by the renowned Castellare di Castellina winery. The name Sodi is derived from a word used by Tuscan farmers to describe soils that are too steep to be worked with machines. So everything is worked by hand. San Niccolo, on the other hand, is the name of a church located on the estate.The I Sodi di San Niccolo presents itself with a deep red color and an intense bouquet of ripe dark fruits such as cherries, blackcurrants and plums. These aromas are accompanied by notes of spices, cedar wood and tobacco, which give the wine additional complexity. On the palate, I Sodi di San Niccolo is both powerful and elegant. The Guado al Tasso is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The wonderful wine comes from the Tenuta Guado al Tasso. It is located about 80 kilometres southwest of Florence, near the medieval village of Bolgheri. The grapes were aged separately in new oak barrels for 12 months. The best parts were assembled and matured for six further months in small barrels before the wine was bottled.The Merlot gives the Guado al Tasso, a subtle sweetness and density and intense aromas of dark fruit. Cabernet Sauvignon offers notes of dark fruits and licorice. Cabernet Franc finally gives harmony and balance, while Petit Verdot completes the bouquet with a hint of spice.Enjoy an elegant wine from Tuscany, for which the grapes were handpicked and processed with great meticulousness.

Le Serre Nuove 2022

Le Serre Nuove is a remarkable blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The grapes are very concentrated, with a perfect balance between ripe tannins, fresh acidity and intense, ripe flavors.Wine lovers can expect a concentrated, fine and soft red wine of great aromatic intensity. Scents of ripe red fruits are accompanied by tobacco leaf notes and spices. On the palate impress the great maturity and quality of soft, dense and smooth tannins.Each grape variety and each vineyard parcel was vinified separately. The wine was aged around 15 months in barriques. After the first 12 months, the wines were merged to mature for a further 3 months in barriques. A six-month aging in the bottle stood at the end of the process. Le Serre Nuove offers a remarkable aging potential, but is also already a pleasure.The winery "Tenuta dell'Ornellaia" was founded in 1981 by Marchese Lodovico Antinori – with the support of the legendary winemaker André Tchelistcheff.
