The Edizione Bianco Cinque Autoctoni from Fantini is made from three grape varieties typical of the region. These are the grape varieties Grillo from Sicily, Pecorino from Abruzzo and Fiano from Basilicata. The grapes for this white wine are fermented separately, with Grillo and Fiano fermenting in stainless steel tanks and Pecorino in large wooden barrels.The wine is straw yellow in the glass and the nose offers exotic notes of mango, lime, grapefruit, peach and papaya. A scent of lemon, mint and green tea also develops. On the palate, Fantini Edizione Bianco is wonderfully aromatic with a fascinating combination of fruit.
