Those who like red fruit will love the Farnese Fantini Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC. Its bouquet exudes the beguiling aroma of an early summer orchard with fresh cherries, redcurrants, strawberries and raspberries. The fruity notes continue on the palate in a pleasantly soft and invigorating manner. This is complemented by a medium body and invigorating acidity that lingers on the finish.

The Farnese Cerasuolo is an Italian composition from the multi-award-winning Farnese Vini winery in Abruzzo. The Montepulciano grapes used for the rosé ripen on sun-drenched slopes of lava soil, which gives the wine from Italy its unmistakable mineral undertone. This wine also derives its name Cerasuolo - meaning "cherry-colored" - from the sweet summer fruits.

Serve this dry rosé wine at a drinking temperature of 11 °C with fish and white meat. It is also the perfect accompaniment to light starters and salads.
