The Primitivo-grape is the basis for intense, fiery wines from Southern Italy. Thanks to modern vinification Primitivo-wines are a wonderful and unique taste experience.

The Fantini Primitivo Puglia IGP is a 100%-Primitivo with a ruby red color and violet hues. The bouquet is intense fruity. Aromas of small red berries and a fine spice characterize the wine. On the palate, this Primitivo is remarkably balanced and supple tannins are well integrated.

After fermentation, the wine matured separately for 12 months in barriques.
