The Beringer Knights Cabernet Sauvignon was vinified in the classic tradition of producing Bordeaux blends. Its bouquet offers wonderful fragrances of cassis, bilberries and Black Forest cherry cake. On the palate, the wine shows soft and silky tannins. Aromas of dark red fruit, bilberries, raspberries, dark cherries and vanilla unite with notes of black and blue fruit. The elegant structure of the Beringer Knights Cabernet Sauvignon is emphasised by a fine acidity. The wine is full-bodied with a fine, grainy texture. The prolonged, pleasant finish is accented by dense and vivid fruit aromas and rounded off by subtle hints of liquorice and mocha.

The Beringer Cabernet Sauvignon from the Knights Valley matured for 16 months in French oak casks, of which 30% were new barrels and underwent malolactic fermentation for further development of texture and mouthfeel. It is a versatile wine for those special moments.

Enjoy it with a good piece of meat or simply on its own. In any event, the Beringer Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a unique taste experience.

Der Stags Leap Artemis Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Artemis reift 18 Monate in Barriques aus französischer Eiche (55 % neu), wird dann abgefüllt und weitere sechs Monate auf der Flasche gelagert, bevor man ihn schließlich für den Handel freigibt.Im Glas zeigt sich der Artemis in einem tiefdunklem, dichten Pflaumenrot mit rubinroten Glanzlichtern. Der amerikanische Rotwein bezaubert mit einem klassischen Cabernet-Bouquet von saftig gereiften schwarzen Johannisbeeren, Brombeeren und Schwarzkirschen, unterlegt mit erdigen Noten von Moos und Waldboden, Leder, Zeder, Kräutern (Rosmarin), Lakritz, Mokka, Vanille und Karamell. Am Gaumen ist der Wein kraftvoll, intensiv und fest strukturiert, doch mit der klassischen Eleganz von Stag’s Leap. Der individuelle und ausdrucksstarke Cabernet Sauvignon besitzt einen mittleren Körper und ist im Finale lang und harmonisch ausgewogen mit würzigem Nachhall von schwarzen Johannisbeeren, Schwarzteeblättern, Mokka und Lakritz.

Dieser Single Vineyard Wine zeichnet sich aus durch klassische Johannisbeer- und Kirscharomen, Gewürznoten von weißem Pfeffer und Vanille, Röstnoten. Am Gaumen voll und konzentriert mit sanften Tanninen.Der nach Südwesten ausgerichtete Weinberg erstreckt sich von 260 bis 350 Meter über dem Meer. Im warmen Klima des Allomi Vineyard können die spät reifenden Rebsorten wie Cabernet Sauvignon voll ausreifen. This wine from the Rombauer vineyards is a wonderful example of the quality that can be achieved with a Californian Zinfandel. The deep purple blend, consisting of Zinfandel and a very small percentage of Petite Sirah, has an enticing nose offering intense notes of blackberries, boysenberries, plums and cherries. Its exceptionally multi-layered bouquet is rounded off by subtle hints of vanilla and liquorice and spicy aromas as well. On the palate, the Rombauer Zinfandel is velvety and fresh, with fine tannins and a great length.The Zinfandel matured for 14 months in American and French oak casks, of which 10% were new American barrels. The grapes come from vines which grow in the Californian counties of El Dorado, Amador, Lake and Napa, uniting in wonderful interaction. You’ll enjoy discovering this Zinfandel with T-bone steaks, lamb, a Wagyu burger, spare ribs or filet mignon. It is also a perfect accompaniment to ripe cheeses and stews.

Der Körper des trockenen Weins ist rund, tief und im langen Abgang klingen würzige Noten mit.Diesen französichen Rotwein bitte mindestens eine Stunde vor dem Genuss dekantieren; auch eine weitere Kellerreifung von mehreren Jahren ist selbstverständlich möglich.
