Domaines Ott Rosé Château de Selle Rosé Coeur de Grain is an elegant rosé. It has a light, peachy-pink color with golden reflections. The bouquet combines fruity notes of apricot and cherry with floral notes of acacia and broom. On the palate, the dry rosé wine has a subtle balance between lively, clear citrus notes and soft, round notes of fresh fruit and mimosa. The finish is pure and dense with lingering aromas of sweet spices.

Domaines Ott's growing regions in Provence bring outstanding characteristics to the table: the astringency of Château de Selle, the exoticism of Clos Mireille and the elegance of Château Romassan. The French winery itself writes: "Exceptional conditions that give our wines their soul."

Das Weingut Domaines Ott in der Provence blickt auf eine lange Geschichte zurück. Im Jahr 1896 bereiste Marcel Ott die französischen Weinanbaugebiete und verlor sein Herz an die Provence. Der französische Weinbau erholte sich in diesen Jahren noch von den katastrophalen Schäden durch den Reblaus-Befall. Ott verschrieb sich dem Ziel, den Weinanbau nicht möglichst schnell zu reaktivieren, sondern mit größtmöglicher Qualität neu aufzubauen. Mit entschlossener Leidenschaft begann Marcel Ott die Neubepflanzung aller Bereiche mit Rebsorten der großen Weine der Provence, deren unvergleichliche Prägekraft wieder zur Geltung kommen sollte.

Dieser Idee blieben die Inhaber von Generation zu Generation treu. In den drei zu Domaines Ott gehörenden Weingütern Le Château de Selle, Le Clos Mireille und Castle Romassan hat die Familie Ott exzellente Roséweine entwickelt, die in den renommiertesten Gourmet-Restaurants der Welt angeboten werden. Seit 2009 haben die beiden Cousins Christian und Jean-François Ott die Geschicke bei Domaines Ott übernommen.

This rosé immediately catches the eye due to its blue bottle. Once you’ve opened the bottle, you will realize right away that this assemblage consisting of Shiraz, Grenache and Cinsault is not only visually striking. The bouquet is fascinating as it unites extraordinarily multi-faceted notes of citrus fruit, bilberries, raspberries and cherries, along with aromas of peach, melon, strawberries and violets. On the palate, the Domaine l'Abbaye Clos Beylesse Rose AOP is deeply aromatic and very sophisticated, showing a wonderful balance.The special blue bottle protects the rosé from the harmful influences of UV rays, thus preserving the wine’s freshness longer. The Anthonij Rupert Protea Rosé is a classic rosé in the Provence style. The grapes were selected by hand and aged in stainless steel tanks. Afterwards, they remained in contact with the yeast for some time in order to develop the aroma to the fullest. The Anthonij Rupert Protea Rosé is a pale pink to red in the glass. Für diesen trockenen Rosé aus Deutschland wurden gleich drei verschiedene Rebsorten miteinander kombiniert. Die Mischung der Rebsorten aus Cabernet Sauvignon, Portugieser und Merlot setzt ein interessantes Spiel der Aromen frei und sorgt für eine enorme Vielseitigkeit.Der Dr. Koehler Doktorspiele QbA Rosé erinnert vom Duft her an rote Beeren. Dieser Eindruck bestätigt sich, wenn die ersten Tropfen den Gaumen benetzen. Paul Mas Vignes de Nicole Rosé

The Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah grape varieties characterize this Vignes de Nicole Rosé. The grapes grow on the hills of the Herault Valley on loamy, chalky soils and are vinified individually for this cuvée, with the fermentation process lasting two weeks at 17 degrees Celsius. The wine from Domaines Paul Mas then matured on the lees for 40 days. New coated cement tanks were used. The concentration of fruit was maintained through regular pumping over.The Vignes de Nicole Rosé is characterized by a very clear, light pink color. The nose reveals aromas of red berries, cherries and tropical fruits. On the palate, the French wine is wonderfully fresh, slightly acidic, powerful but round and with a good length on the finish.This dry rosé wine is simply perfect with seafood, shellfish or pork.

Pale yellow in colour with flecks of grey-gold. Enigmatic nose blending a range of aromas, with hints of exotic fruit and peach, light and zingy citrus fruit, and floral top notes of lime-blossom and hawthorn. Château d'Esclans Garrus

This rosé from Château d'Esclans is phenomenal. Fragrant notes of mango and nectarine on the nose. On the palate, spicy and minerally with impressive depth. The finish is exceptionally long. An unforgettable rosé of Côtes de Provence, created mainly of Grenache and a minor proportion Rolle (Vermentino).The grapes for the Château d'Esclans Garrus come from vines that are at least 80 years old. For this rosé the Saignée method was used (90% free run juice, 10% first slight pressing). Eight months matured the wine in oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage, the stirring of the lees. The Wine Spectator writes: "Shows impressive length and precision. A gorgeous rose. "Château d'Esclans Garrus: A rosé at Grand Cru level, and it remains unique in Provence.
