Paul Mas Vignes de Nicole Rosé

The Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah grape varieties characterize this Paul Mas Vignes de Nicole Rosé. The grapes grow on the hills of the Herault Valley on clayey, chalky soils and are vinified individually for this cuvée, with the fermentation process lasting two weeks at 17 degrees Celsius. The wine from Domaines Paul Mas then matured on the lees for 40 days. New coated cement tanks were used. The fruit concentration was maintained by regular pumping over.

The Paul Mas Vignes de Nicole Rosé is characterized by a very clear, light pink color. The nose has aromas of red berries, cherries and tropical fruits. On the palate, this French wine is wonderfully fresh, slightly acidic, powerful but round and with a good length on the finish.

This dry rosé wine is simply perfect with seafood, shellfish or pork.

Domaines Paul Mas
