Then a cool freshness dominates the taste until the sweetness finally returns on the finish.The grapes for this dry rosé wine come from the Dr. Koehler winery in Rheinhessen. After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and stored in the winery's own vaulted cellar. After a certain resting period, they end up in glasses at home in the form of Doktorspiele rosé and are a versatile accompaniment to various Mediterranean dishes or grilled seafood.

The Hensel Höhenflug Cuvée Rotwein (red wine) proves that the international grape varieties Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah can also produce excellent wines in Germany.Meticulously selected grapes from the estate’s best vineyards are perfectly matched to create this cuvée. The wine is redolent of allspice and hot black pepper, along with notes of sour cherries and dried foliage.The Höhenflug Cuvée Rotwein (red wine) was aged in heavily toasted wooden casks, giving the wine a fine note of wood enveloped in cassis, elder and blackberries. On the palate, the wine is incredibly multi-layered and complex.Despite its power, the Höhenflug Cuvée is wonderfully balanced. Its finish is characterised by aromas of tobacco and vanilla. After decanting, the wine can already be enjoyed now but several years of ageing in the bottle will further enhance its qualities. The red wine is extremely powerful.It goes beautifully with pasta or lasagne with hearty meat sauces and is an ideal accompaniment to barbecue, steaks and game dishes. It is also lovely to enjoy with a piece of good Morbier cheese.

Both of them are particularly fond of the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety, which predominates in this red wine. The wine is a powerful deep red in the glass. On the nose, it is redolent of cocoa, vanilla, blackberries, cassis and dark cherries. The Hensel and Gretel Rotwein (red wine) is elegant and round on the palate, with wonderfully integrated tannins. The dry, boldly spicy wine has a fruity finish.The versatile Hensel and Gretel Rotwein (red wine) is an ideal accompaniment to pizza, pasta and similar dishes. Johannes Landerer has stood for innovative and high-quality viticulture for several years, and his red wines, white wines and rosé wines leave an impression on connoisseurs.The Landerer Insider Cuvée Rot is a creation of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. The latter grape variety in particular shows exceptional qualities in the Kaiserstuhl, the warmest region in Germany with vineyards characterized by volcanic rock.The red wine has a fascinatingly complex aroma of dark fruits such as cherries and blackcurrants. There is also a great spiciness, fine roasted aromas and nuances of nougat chocolate that round off the bouquet.On the palate, this dry red wine from the Kaiserstuhl is powerful and dense, with beautifully integrated, soft tannins and a noticeable spiciness. "A balanced red wine with a Mediterranean style", writes the Landerer winery itself. The finish is again fascinatingly fruity, with aromas of cherries, redcurrants and blackberries.This cuvée was aged for 12 months in barriques, with 30% new barrels and 70% second and third-fill barrels. After the final assemblage, the Landerer Insider Cuvée Rot matures for a further three months in large wooden barrels.Enjoy this ruby red wine from the Oberrotweil vineyard at a drinking temperature of 16 to 18 degrees. Die Manz Faszination Cuvée M ist in vielerlei Hinsicht eine außergewöhnliche Komposition. Schon die Zusammensetzung dieser Cuvée aus Rheinhessen ist eine Rarität. Denn neben Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) und Cabernet Sauvignon ist die Rebsorte Cabernet Dorsa das dritte Element dieser Assemblage. Die in Deutschland gezüchtete Rotweinsorte entstand aus einer Kreuzung der Sorten Blaufränkisch und Dornfelder und hat noch keine allzu große Verbreitung.Das Bouquet der Manz Faszination Cuvée M ist faszinierend facettenreich. Der Duft von Brombeeren, Schwarzen Johannisbeeren und Heidelbeeren wird untermalt von Nuancen von Sauerkirsche. Und damit noch lange nicht genug. Das kleine Fest für die Sinne beginnt erst. Auch Noten von Minze, Eukalyptus, etwas grüne Paprika und Pfeffer bereichern den Duftstrauß. Und schließlich, durch die lange Reifung im Barrique, getoastetes Holz und Zigarrenkiste. Die feine Mineralität ist der krönende Abschluss.  Am Gaumen ist der purpurrote Wein trocken, aromatisch dicht und kraftvoll. Fruchtbetonte Aromen von Schwarzen Johannisbeeren und Heidelbeeren geben sich die Ehre, im wunderbaren Zusammenspiel mit Holz- und Schokoladenaromen. Präsente, reife und meisterhaft integrierte Tannine, ein geschmeidiges Mundgefühl und ein langes, würziges Finale lassen wenige Wünsche offen.
