Three different grape varieties were combined for the Dr. Koehler Doktorspiele QbA Rosé dry from Germany. The blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Portugieser and Merlot grape varieties releases an interesting interplay of aromas and ensures enormous versatility.

The aroma of Dr. Koehler Doktorspiele QbA Rosé is reminiscent of red berries. This impression is confirmed when the first drops wet the palate. Then a cool freshness dominates the taste until the sweetness finally returns on the finish.

The grapes for this dry rosé wine come from the Dr. Koehler winery in Rheinhessen. After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and stored in the winery's own vaulted cellar. After a certain resting period, they end up in glasses at home in the form of Doktorspiele rosé and are a versatile accompaniment to various Mediterranean dishes or grilled seafood.
