Vollreife Trauben, die lange Fassreife und das seidige Tannin verleihen ihm die runde, samtweiche Fülle, die den Wein wunderschön zugänglich macht.Die Trauben wurden während der warmen Tagesstunden gelesen, um eine rasche Gärung auszulösen, danach gemahlen und 7-8 Tage lang vergoren. Zweimal täglich wurde die Maische mit etwa 80% des Mostes überflutet, um den Trauben ein Maximum an Farbe und Fruchtaromen zu entziehen und so den saftig konzentrierten Charakter des Syrah deutlich hervorzubringen.Trinken Sie den Chateau Ste.
