Vom landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb zum Weingut. Pfaffl entwickelte sich rasant seit seiner Gründung 1978 und wurde sogar von Wine Enthusiast zum europäischen Weingut des Jahres gewählt. Im größten Weinbaugebiet Österreichs ist das Weingut Pfaffl zu Hause. Niederösterreich steht für Lössböden, warme Tage und kühle Nächte. Ein ausgezeichnetes Terroir für die Rieslingtrauben des Pfaffl Vom Haus Riesling.Nach der Ernte werden die Trauben entrappt und gequetscht. Vor dem Pressen werden diese einer 2-stündigen Standzeit auf der Schale unterzogen. Die Gärung erfolgt bei einer kontrollierten Temperatur von 18°C in Edelstahltanks.Im Glas ziegt sich Pfaffls Vom Haus Riesling in hellgelber Farbe. Im Bouquet werden Noten von Mandarine, Pfirsich, Aprikose und Birne vereint. Im Geschmack ist der Weißwein herrlich fruchtig und frisch-trocken. Im Nachgeschmack schmecken Sie etwas Salziges und Mineralisches.
