Haltinger Stiege Spätburgunder trocken

The Haltinger Spätburgunder Stiege from the Baden-Markgräflerland region is an accessible, fruity red wine with a classic Burgundy profile. This red wine is an uncomplicated, fruity Pinot Noir from Baden - soft, accessible and versatile for many occasions.

On the nose, this Pinot Noir has aromas of blackberries and cherries, accompanied by a pleasant dark berry fruit. On the palate, it is round and soft with a fine, well-integrated tannin structure. The red wine remains uncomplicated and has a fruity, medium-long finish.

Haltinger Spätburgunder Reserve trocken
The Haltinger Spätburgunder Reserve from the Baden-Markgräflerland region is a full-bodied red wine with distinct fruit flavors, good structure, and pleasant depth. The grapes come from southwestern-facing slopes around Haltingen, where calcareous marl and loess soils provide ideal conditions for ripe, aromatic Pinot Noir.On the nose, the red wine displays classic Pinot fruit notes of cherries and blackberries. These are complemented by subtle spicy notes and a delicate hint of vanilla from partial aging in barriques. On the palate, it is full-bodied and powerful, yet round and approachable. The fruit is juicy and distinct, accompanied by soft tannins and a harmonious, long finish.Vinification involves careful hand-harvesting and several weeks of maceration. The wine is then gently aged, partly in barriques, which lends it additional structure and subtle toasty aromas without overpowering the fruit. The Haltinger Pinot Noir Reserve pairs excellently with grilled meats, beef, lamb, or hearty game dishes. It also reveals its pleasant, harmonious character when enjoyed on its own. The recommended serving temperature is 16–18 °C.A classic Pinot Noir from Baden with ripe fruit, soft tannins, and subtle oak notes—accessible, yet with enough depth for the discerning red wine connoisseur.
