Rio Lindo Verdejo Oak Aged

The Rio Lindo Verdejo Oak Aged is made from 100% Verdejo grapes and comes from the Spanish wine region of Castilla-La Mancha. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the white wine matures for a few months in wooden barrels, which gives it additional structure and a little more body without masking the typical freshness of the grape.

In the glass, it has a light yellow color with green reflections, which underlines its lively fruitiness. White fruits unfold on the nose, accompanied by fine vanilla and wood tones. On the palate, the wine is balanced and round, with a long, delicate finish.

The Rio Lindo Verdejo Oak Aged is an excellent accompaniment to grilled fish, seafood or mature cheese and develops its full aroma spectrum at a drinking temperature of 8-10 °C.
