This blend, consisting of Manto Negro (Mallorca’s autochthonous grape variety), Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz, is redolent of wild berries, blackberries, cherries and plums, complemented by subtle roast aromas and a fine spice. On the palate, the Macia Batle Tinto Anada is juicy and berrylike, with a wonderful interplay of fruitiness and wood. The red wine from Mallorca matured for two months in barriques made of American oak. You’ll enjoy discovering the Macia Batle Tinto Anada with flash-fried meals, especially lamb fillet with herbs, for example.
