The Blanc de Blancs from Bodega Macià Batle is a fresh and elegant white wine with a fine fruity balance - produced in Mallorca, the sun-drenched heart of the Balearic Islands.

This wonderfully animating white wine combines complex notes of peach, grapefruit, apple, lychee, banana, fennel and tropical fruit on the nose. On the palate, the Macia Batle Blanc de Blancs is creamy, fresh and balanced, with a great intensity of aroma, fine minerality and refreshing acidity.

Created predominantly from Prensal Blanc, the autochthonous grape variety of Mallorca, this white wine matured in stainless steel is a real summer delight. Discover it with crisp salads, light fish dishes and seafood or with fresh goat's cheese.

The grape varieties Callet and Manto Negro, autochthonous grape varieties of Mallorca, as well as a smaller proportion of Syrah (Shiraz) make up AN 2. This outstanding red wine from the producer Anima Negra has an intense aroma of red berries, with a fine woody note and nuances of vanilla. The Hensel Aufwind Pinot Gris comes from the renowned Palatinate region and is produced by the traditional Thomas Hensel winery in Bad Dürkheim.
